Please Note: All payments made for Artist Card registration, renewals, or processing fees are non-refundable.
Once an application for a New Artist Card or Renewal is submitted and the payment is processed, the funds are immediately allocated toward administrative verification, document processing, and card printing. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.
In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a double payment for the same application, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. You must contact us at info@artrights.in with proof of the transaction.
If your application is rejected due to incorrect documents, you will be given the opportunity to re-upload the correct files. Refunds will not be issued if the user fails to provide the required government-approved IDs.
